1. Product Quality & Description
Factory Sealed: All of our movies are brand new and strictly factory-sealed in shrink wrap.
What You See Is What You Get: Every item includes the standard case, high-quality cover art, and professional on-disc printing. The product you receive will be exactly the same as the one pictured in the item description.
2. Shipping & Handling
All orders are safely packed and shipped directly from Poland.
Handling Time: Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to carefully prepare and process your order for shipment.
Tracking: Peace of mind is important to us. Every single order includes a tracking number, regardless of the destination.
3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We use reliable carriers to ensure your movies arrive safely. Once your package is shipped (after the 5-day handling period), please expect the following estimated delivery times:
USA, Canada & UK: Shipped via FedEx Priority. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days.
European Union (EU) Countries: Shipped via FedEx Priority. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 business days.
Rest of the World: Shipped via Priority Airmail. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your local postal service.
Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen weather conditions.
4. Returns & Defective Items Policy
Player Compatibility: Before making a purchase, please ensure that your Blu-ray player or disc drive is capable of reading BD-R, BD25, and BD50 disc formats. We cannot accept responsibility for playback issues caused by hardware incompatibility.
No Returns: Due to the nature of physical media and our factory-sealed guarantee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you simply change your mind.
Defective Discs: We stand behind the quality of our releases. In the very rare event that you receive a disc that does not play (and you have confirmed your player supports BD-R/BD25/BD50 formats) or is physically defective, please contact us with details. We will provide a replacement disc completely free of charge, which will be included and shipped together with your next order.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
USA & Canada: Good news! All customs fees and import duties are already included in the shipping price. You will not face any additional or hidden charges upon delivery.
Other International Destinations: Buyers from outside the USA, Canada, and the EU are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their specific country. Mantis Video is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
